Advice wanted/needed asap. Please!!!

it might be the way the chicken was cooked.. microwaving it dries out the chicken.
at the restaurant it could of been (boiled) cooked and shredded or cooked on a grill or griddle..

OKay, I'm gonna admit it... I'm confused. You had .5 cc's removed because you were throwing up all the time. Then after some time you had the .5 cc's added back. Am I correct? Uhmm... why? If it was tight before wouldn't it be tight again? Why not have a .1cc fill or a .2 cc fill?
Don't worry about finding that "sweet spot". Concentrate on eating healthy. Then before you realize it, your "sweet spot" has been found!
