How do I relax???

I am under a lot of stress right now thanks to my kids!  Anyways....twice since Thursday I have thrown up while trying to eat.....I know I don't need to have an unfill.....it's not all the time.....but I'm just wondering if anyone has suggestions on what to do to "relax" the band.....

Try a cup of coffee or tea (decaf if possible) about 15 minutes before you eat, the heat does help the band "relax" for most people.   Cut your food in the smallest pieces possible and chew each bit at least 15 times before swallowing.  I have a hard time eating and holding a conversation at the same time so at lunch I usually eat at my desk and check the Internet (like I'm doing now as I answer you) or play a computer game to help past the time and slow down my bites and chews.

I've been told in no uncertian terms that after throwing up a bandster shouldn't eat for 24-48 hours. Your stomach lining swells up and that is why you shouldn't eat. Warm wter can be especially soothing. I would say stay away from caffeine because it irritates the stomach. Good luck!
