Tasty Protein Bars

Just wanted to pass this on, as I've had a hard time finding a snack bar with protein that doesn't taste bad or chalky.   My son came home with a box of these from Sam's and I LOVE them! \I got a box of 24 for $16.00. (Toffee Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate , and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip)

I think there are other bars in this brand that are lower carbs and higher protein but I just love how these taste.

 I'm sure they taste good...but they have alot of sugar and carbs.

My pure protein bars have 20 gms of protein, 2 gms of sugar and 16 carbs.

Much better...and tasty too.

I like the pure protein bars, they are lower in sugar, carbs, and calories and have about the same amount of protein.  They are tasty also.  You can get a big box at costco or most supermarkets carry them.

I'll have to try those. I do Zone Perfect chocolate graham and chocolate coconut a lot.

I guess its all just a matter of individual tastes...As for me, I don't like the Pure Protein bars because of the aftertaste. 

Any other good bars out there beside Pure Protein?

I haven't tried them, but my DH likes Supreme Protein Bars (Carb Conscious).  We get the snack size bars as the regular ones are 360 cal.

I like the taste of the Zone Perfect products, but they do have a bit more sugar and less protein than I'd like.  Doesn't mean I don't eat them on occassion.. just wish they were more protein and less carbs.

The Chocolite Bars aren't bad in taste.. and once you subtract out the fiber and the sugar alcohol, the carbs are pretty low.

Lot's of folks rave about the ISS Oh Yeah bars.  I've had the Good Grab size.. very tasty.
