3 year band anniversary

I've got to start on the treadmill.  I am pretty much at a stand still now and know that just a little exercise would get things moving again. ;o)

Thanks for posting!! I'm almost 2 years out and the band is the best decision I have ever made as well.  I feel the best I ever have in my life!
