silly question about hard boiled eggs...

 So.... Wait a minute... What about all the Easter Eggs... We used to color them the night before and leave them out to the next day!!!

We could be POISONED!!!  or what ever....  

I think it is amazing some of the stuff we find out now ...and our parent s did not know.... 

We are lucky to be here.... 



I am now in the mood for egg salad... ...Sounds so good...

I think we have to be so much more careful these days because things aren't as fresh when we get them.

Think about it, years ago, unless you lived in a big city, most eggs were local and not more than a day old when you bought them.  I grew up on a small farm and one of my jobs as a child was gathering eggs.  Most eggs that you buy in the grocery store today aren't anywhere near that fresh.
