Quick note on the pizza. I get the thin crust. That knocks out 1/3 of the calories and carbs. Plus the thin crust doesn't get stuck.

Thanks it's good like when you are on the go but many of the fast food restaurant food have way to much sodium and preservatives i like to have a box of protein bars in my car, and for some reason I can't eat many of those foods any more. but I have to confess that coffee is my addiction and am working on it.

I try to keep a protein bar in my purse. Love protein bars!

As far as coffee..........do you do Starbucks? I have a post on my blog ( FormerlyFluffy.com ) about healthy Starbucks food options.

I would not encourage any kind of "healthy fast food" eating.
Sorry but these foods contain too much fat, sodium, sugar.....
My nutritionist would not agree with any of these you listed.
I guess in a pinch or a "sometimes food" i would go.......
