D: Cubed steak w. LF gravy & asparagus
W: 45 mins cardio & Body Pump

Start/293lbs   Current/189lbs  Goal/160lbs

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: low sodium ham & 2% american cheese Roll Ups and veggies celery and cucumber dipped in my greek yogurt ranch dip

Snack: Carb Master yogurt

Dinner: Pork Chops with veggies & rice for mom

Hello!

Breakfast was a special k protein shake

Lunch was 12oz of beef noodle soup

Dinner will likely be 6oz of yogurt and another protein shake.

Workout is walking all over campus with the snow everywhere..feel like it takes twice as long as twice as much to get anywhere!

I have got to get back into the swing of things. I am going to attempt my dr's "protein shakes only for 3 days after a gain" thing. But I am going to do soup or protein shakes and really focus on stopping eating when I am no longer hungry. Not stuffed, but no longer hungry. I have just been eating to eat for oh...about 3 months. Not good.

L: Not sure. I'm starting to get hungry  so it's soup or a protein shake.
D: Making potato soup w/ some hot turkey italian sausage for dinner.

b: ciobani 2% strawberry banana greek yogurt (I guess I picked up the wrong one instead of my ff ones and didn't realize it until I ate... oppps!)
s: weigh****chers lf string cheese
l: mixed greens with grilled chicken and fresh motzzarella on top
d: fajita steak salad

lots of water all day...

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
