Does anybody have some easy, band friendly crock pot reciples to share?

I just made this yesterday:

4-5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (I have used chicken breast in the past)
1 big can of ro-tel with green chilis
2 cans of black beans
2 cans of corn

Put all that in the crockpot - then stir one package of taco seasoning with water - pour over the top....set it and forget it...lol

It's great.  I eat it plain.  My hubby puts a tsp of light sour cream on it and sprinkles the top with cheese.  My daughter puts it on a tortilla....anyway you eat it - it's good!!!

i have planned for tomorrow because it's suppose to be nasty out :

1 lean pork tenderloin
1 jar of asian BBQ sauce ( i use char siu ) - 1 jar filled up with water
1- jalapeno

cook all day - the pork shreds & i serve over jasmine rice with green onions & sugar snap peas

WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

1 pound northern beans
1 pound boneless chicken breast
1 large onion (diced)
1 can chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
1 package McCormic White chicken  chili spice  mix

In a large bowl, cover beans with water and soak for at least eight hours.
Put chicken breast and onion in crock pot.  Cook on high for 3 hours.  Chicken will shread.  Add TWO of chipolte peppers.  Do NOT add more or you will be sorry.  Add beans to chicken and coo****il beans are tender. (5 hours)  Add spice mix.

This is a great dish to cook while you are at work.
