HAPPY tears!  Gotcha!

110 pounds lost!  Can you believe it?  I went 5 long months in the 170's and last Monday I decided to join WW and get my act together.  I want to get to goal and then maintain.  So I quit having slider snacks like peanut butter with a vanilla latte etc etc.  I also started doing the 30 day shred exercise DVD and the Walk at home DVD ( it's more than just walking in place)
So since last Monday, I have lost 4.5 pounds in one week.  I can't believe it!

I love my band.  I love the support on this board.  I love that people are willing to share their journey on here, the good and the bad and the ugly.

Hugs,
Kristi

I'm so happy for you...keep up the great work!

I also love how I can get back on track and the scale starts to move again.  The holidays really got me this year and I'm currently up 10lbs. from my lowest.  I was orginally 16lbs. higher, but I've lost some weight since the beginning of the year.

I also love the support of people who understands what I'm going through. Keept sharing your progress; it is an inspiration for us all.

Congratulations!!!  I am right there with you, bandster sister!  After band complications which led to gaining 40 lbs back in 2008 (when I was only 6 lbs away from goal, no less!) I plateaued in the 190s for 2 years.  During the first week of December 2010, I saw a new band doctor, got a fill, refocused on high protein, low carbs, and switched up my routine at the gym.  I have lost 14 lbs as of this morning!!! Isn't it so exciting!!
Keep up the good work!
