Greek Yogurt for sure but I don't like it as yogurt I use it more as sour cream, I mix a packet of hidden valley ranch inside and dip ... snow peas and celery sometimes carrots :) YUMMY

Low sodium deli meat for quick roll ups..
I used to eat a lot of string cheese but I'm over it.. I prefer cow pals because I can get them in sharp cheddar.
Almond Milk Vanilla 45 cal for 8 oz
Jillians Whey Protein Powder
Fit & Active Oatmeal
Carb Master yogurt - 12 grams of protein per serving and only 80 cals low both in sugar and carbs.
Waffles - Vans - I can't eat 1 serving which is two waffles .. I usually only eat 1 waffle with 1 tablespoon of PB I prefer Chunky too..

Ground Chicken 97/3
Turkey too .. Chicken .. Morning Star spicy bean patties
Eggs
Hard boiled eggs
Spicy Three Pepper Hummus
Apples - fuji or pink ladies

Greek yogurt is only good if it's mixed with something.. or flavored.. but I prefer to use it as sour cream than yogurt.

Carb master is okay.. I mean it's not the greatest tasting yogurt but it's okay. I like Yoplait too but Carb Master is 80 calories .. like 3 grams of sugar compared to over 10 in Yoplait .. and it has 12 grams of protein.. the carb are low too..

Fiber one is good too and so is activa but nothing beats carb masters nurtitional info.

Dark chocolate or cinammon flavored almonds (amazingly same nutrition value as plain almonds!)
Wasabi peas
Thin sliced bacon (the kind that's 70 calories per 3 slices)
egg whites
romainne lettuce

pretty much everything else changes day to day.
