Nikki asked me to post this for her today.

I'm in San Francisco!! How fun! I'm at a trade show so really not sure what I'm going to be eating, but will take a stab at it. Here goes...

B. Steel cut oatmeal with brown sugar (hotel continental breakfast)
L. Not sure. Maybe tuna salad
D. REALLY not sure! Meeting a friend that I have known since is was 4 for dinner. She lives out here and I haven't seen her since my wedding. I'm hoping for a nice fish dish...

I have had two days where there have been over 12,000 steps on my pedometer. Boy my feet are in pain. But yay for me (my goal is always 7,000).

B: Bob's Red Mill Steelcut Oatmeal (the BEST!!) with 1/4 of an organic ambrosia apple, cinnamon, s/f DaVinci pancake syrup flavor syrup and 1 jimmy dean turkey sausage link.  Plus coffee, plus vitamins

11am: Syntrax Protein drink made with 16oz of Powerade Zero (this is for muscle recovery after workout)

L: Probably leftover taco meatloaf muffin and leftover steamed veggies.  2nd choice: leftover stirfried Swiss chard scrambled into eggs.  3rd choice: smoked salmon mixed with low fat (not NO fat) cream cheese, Light & Crisp Wasa crackers, blueberries.

D:  Whatever I come up with for family.. possibly pot roast.

Evening:  string cheese and apple.

Well it is crab season in the CITY!!! So enjoy some crab! I live close and love the fresh crab and every resturant has it right now!
B: Honey cereal
S: Fruit with cottage cheese
L: Turkey meatballs, asparagus, and hummus
S: plum
D: Taco salad
S: All fruit popsicle
W: Plan to walk the Standford Dish today takes about 1hour 15 mins. Wish me luck that thing kills me!

Happy Hump Day all... I wi**** was Friday 

any who... for me...
early: large cup of coffee with ff cream and equal
b: ff pineapple cottage cheese with fresh blueberries
s: lf weigh****chers string cheese
l: a scoop of tuna salad from work and a bunch of cucumber slices (use them as my crackers)
d: morning star black bean burger patty with edamame beans on the side and oven sweet potato fries

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!
