So far I've had 4 oz SF Carnation IB. I get to start my puree/baby food diet today. So I'm not sure what I will be having yet.

Early: coffee
B: Protein Shake and some homemade fruit and veggie juice (about 1 cup)
L: Chicken salad on TJ's everything crackers
S: More homemade fruit and veggie juice
D: Honey Ginger grilled salmon with Roasted sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli
W: did the Walk away the pounds 3 mile today because I couldn't make it to the gym.

L/  1/3 C tuna w/ 1 T lite mayo
     1/4 C broccoli
D/  1/3 C BBQ chicken
       1/4 C broccoli
        1 C Skim milk
S/   6 oz greek yogurt
       1/2 C applesauce

Walked 35 min with dog
