I kicked the caffeine habit a few weeks back. I think I may have to have a cut off time for my last meal.

Hey Beauty

Im a vet at this just browsing since i have not been on for a long time all the advice you got were all a possibility try them all not eating to late that happened to me alot getting an unfill not drinking the caffenine and other foods like rice and chocolate because of the acid reflux but u didn 't  mention if the tightness occured during your monthly cycle that was a killer for me especially if i had good restriction to begin with.  during that time it would just shut down and after i can eat again go figure but the doc agreed although they dont know why yet anyway u didnt mention if it hurts everyone i new that their band slipped said it hurted.

Try a few of these things including taken the nexium or popping a rolaid i just did to avoid the acid reflux.

good luck

Im not in pain, just discomfort.  I do notice that I get super tight around menstrual cycle.  But, I also get tight certain days and then am fine for 2 days or so. This has only been occuring the last 2 months or so and have dropped weight dramatically.  I had my last fill in September.  I dont think Im suppose to be feeling tighter months later...

This is soo weird last week I had terrible reflux and was told to take Prilosec OTC and saw my DR and he told me to come off caffiene and voila....no more reflux! That is too weird.

I would call your Dr just to check in and see what he thinks. He might want to see you ro just call you something in for the reflux.
