Usually docs suggest around 60-70gms daily.

If you like peanut butter flavor- try using peanut flour. It has lots of protein. It isn't real flour it is defatted peanuts. You can get it at Trader Joes. I put it in my yourget , chili etc.

Hey, the nutrtionist I went and saw a few weeks ago was talking about Protinex.  It's a pre-digested protein, so it's supposed to be super easy for your body to digest and make use of.  She said it had 28 grams of protein in it but I"m having a hard time finding that online.  I'd try finding it and make use of that for sure... so you don't have to increase the amount of food taken in and still get your protein in. Just my thoughts.

I started tracking my meals again yesterday. I was only able to get 35 grams of protein down yesterday, Hopefully that will get better today. I get to start my baby food consistancy diet today.
