From past experience I do best when there is npo before noon.  If I drink my water, coffee and take my vitamins in the morning, then the rest of the day goes well.  Solid foods early have me eating all day.
So far I've drank 64 oz of water but haven't had my coffe yet.
Lunch I'm not sure about but for dinner its cabbage and meatloaf.  More than likely throughout the day I'll have a Fage or Carbmaster yogurt.  Probably some beef jerky or cottage cheese and tbsp salsa.  Gotta load it in fitday to see how things add up.

Well after eating everything in sight yesterday I have to be good today.

B: Protein Shake
L: Possibly another protein shake or salad with chicken breast
D: Roast with carrots
W:  I have to work out today, but not sure what it will be.

I wasn't going to work out (no reason other than laziness) but I got my butt up and went to the Y.  Almost three miles run/walk.  Yay me.

Good for you!  I still haven't done anything but clean today.  My 3 boys are supposed to be home soon, so I can't go to the Y because child care stops at 1pm on Saturday. I either have to go use my moms treadmill, or do a video here.  I REALLY regret getting rid of my treadmill!  I don't have room for it, but I miss it!
