So i was cooking for my family and I was starving! i did not want the usual lean protein and i wanted something crunchy and salty. I, fortunately, did not want to stray from my diet that i am rocking so i........
heated up a nonstick frying pan on medium and dropped a tablespoon of parmesan cheese and flattened and spread it out to a thin circle and let it start to bubble and brown, i flipped it again and lightly browned the other side (takes seconds) and removed from heat and cooled a bit. YUM!!!! it was salty and crunchy and tasted fattening. BUT it was zero carb, low cal and protein!!! fast and easy snack with zero guilt!!!

Mmmm, I've made those before!  A little advice though...don't try to make some up in advance for "later".  First, you'll probably eat 'em.  Second, they're way better fresh!

Do you use the shredded parmesan?  Do you use low-fat?

I've heard of this and tried it too... but with part skim mozeralla sticks, cut them like a log into little pieces and either bake or pan fry with pam spray. Like cheese chips...mmm.
