Truth?
Yes and no!
If I start with dense protein and eat all that first, then 3/4 of a cup fills me.
If I hav ea bit of protein adn tehn a bit of veggies and then a bit mreo protein etc, I eat a bit more.
If it is a long, slow meal, i eat, stop and then get tempted to eat again.
Before mid-morning, i get full on a mouthful!
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
