S/F Syrups?? How do you use them?

Hi...I just got some caramel & vanilla sugar free syrup from the dollar store on my way home last night, having read here that it improves the taste of the protein shakes.

I would LOVE to get more suggestions on how else I can use them.

.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since

last small unfill.

Maria: These syrups are Belladonna Premium Gourmet Syrups. I'm not particulartly happy that it has saccharin but I figured what the heck - I'll try these out before I order some better ones online. Do you know what kind of sweetener the Davinci brand uses?

Oh - I bought them at "Dollar General"

I use them in my water to give it a mild flavor. I like the SF vanilla one best.. I've used cases of it over the years!!! Now water taste so "dry" and bland without it. I got "bottles" everywhere, at home, im my purse, in the car, at the office, even at a friend house. I've even gotton others hooked on it plus other flavors in waters.
