This band makes me really really mad. It has made me want to get off the couch and go outside and walk in the beautiful sun. I don't nap every day like I used too. And I really miss those. I also have way too much energy. Stupid band what was I thinking.

seriously, it's disgusting and maybe we can get a class action suit together against the developers of this band- any wls for that matter!!!! i just got home from 2 hours at the stupid gym! i missed jeaopardy and then i had to decline an invitation to go have birthday cake at my friend's house. i mean, if i did not get this $#@& band,  i would have been home watching tv, eating and then going out to eat some more. but nooooooooooooooooooooooo. instead i am going to the gym and getting healthier by the second. just pathetic.

(by the way..... YOU GO, GIRL!!!!!)

I agree!! If this #!#* band wasn't inside me, I would have never planned, hosted and LOVED my H.S. reunion, I would have never skydived. LOL
How great that you are signed up, I have a great respect for runners. I did the C2 5k thing for a couple of months and it is HARD. Good luck.

I entered a Biggest Loser contest at work.  I have 45 lbs to lose to be at a goal of 150lbs.  I plan to win the 600-800 dollar prize.  I started weight training with Joyce Vedrals book that Ive had for years.  You work the top of the body one day and the lower part the next day allowing youre muscles to rest for 48 hours. I also will take roller skating lessons this year. (Iam 60 yrs old). Thanks to the crazy band.

Kate, the vultures aren't going to dive into this one because they're not smelling blood or spotting any mangled bodies!
