you know, looking back over the last two years I've done a lot of things that I wouldn't normally have done. Above and beyond getting off the couch. I really have worked hard to get where I am. And thankfully I'm feeling renewed. i took like a 5 month hiatus over the holidays from working on my fitness and watching my nutrition and I'm back in the game. YAHOO!!! The good news is that I didn't really gain anything during that time. I gained right after my unfill but I've maintained that same level ever since.

That is a freaking miracle!!!

I REALLY like the top picture. You look so beautiful and what a wonderful spirit in you Tiff! I can tell you would be fun to be around. I love hearing about your adventures hiking or snowshoeing etc. I appreciate all the support you have given me over the 2 years I have been on the board. Can't wait to hear more about your journey.
