Thank you... if this message is for me! My hair color changes more often than I change my undies! Wait. That didn't come out right at all.    Let's just say that I change my hair color A LOT. 

I never receive notifications, so I hope I'm not responding to a message directed to someone else! I know Bette doesn't HAVE hair currently!

Ohmigawd, you're right! 

I LOVE that song. It makes me cry just about every time I hear it. It's haunting... and it gives me goose bumps and pointy nips.

A bit different - mine are all podcasts (from the BBC radio) not music! And as each lasts at least 30 mins, just put the first few!

I do like music but just prefer to listen to talking on the i pod!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
