Hi Guys,
So the vets will remember our "Food Porn" thread, where we would pass along healthy and delicious meal ideas to each other with pics. I think its important that we try to enjoy what we eat and be satisfied with our choices, because they are both band friendly and yummy.

So, here's what I had for dinner... IT WAS BEEEYYYOND DELICIOUSNESS............

Lobster, Clams & Mussels Marinara over Zucchini Pasta
I boiled my lobster and set it aside. Then I used 1/2 jar of low-carb marinara sauce and the same amount of water and brought it to a boil and added the mussels and clams. Covered and boiled a few minutes until they were opened (then an extra minute for good luck). While I was doing this, I cut 1/2 of a small zucchini into long skinny strips (to look like spaghetti) and steamed it in the microwave (covered dish and a little water for 2 minutes). Top with a little low-carb marinara and parmesan cheese. Plate the shell fish and ENJOY!
*word of caution- tiny bites of lobster tail chewed forever, and the some more.... so you don't have to give it back, haha.

Sounds amazing! BTW, have you tried spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute? It just shreds itself into thin strands and even has an aldente quality to it!
Thanks for posting.

Mad skills. lmao! Just a paring knife and a few minutes of patience. It does not get spaghetti thin, but i get it as skinny as i can. So yummy.
