I haven't used them yet but my cousin loves them. She has lost like 25 lbs or more.

does she find them to be very difficult? i want to order, but i ordered the insanity workout and i could not even do the fitness test, lol!!!

She couldn't complete it the first time, she just kept working on it and now will do 2 in a day sometimes.
