Wow it sure is great to hear from you! I've been praying for you. About 3 weeks ago Maria posted asking if any one had heard from you, and hoping your health wasn't worse.

If you have only gained 20 pounds in all this time on the evil, devil drug, then you are absolutely the strongest person I know. That is very impressive. You can be proud.

I got to have my own small session with pred recently after a trip to ER and some IV pred. Right away I started the taper dose down from 40 mg. a day. Not a lot but I was eating over 3000 calories some days. Fortunately about 90% of that was good foods, just constant and a lot. I  thought of you the whole time.

I hope you can stop in more often and I'll be praying this flare resolves quickly, now. Keep us posted, we really do worry.

((((((((((Sue)))))))))  I've missed you!  I'm sorry you have had health problems :( I hope everything is getting better now.  Yep, pred is the devil, but I thank God for it since it's helped me many times.  How are you doing now?

I am doing well, except my butt hurts all the time. Not from being too big, anymore, but from being on sideways! Actually my pelvis is tilted and rotated and have been working on this since just after thanksgiving. Even the pred didn't help that one, even though it was given for another minor issue. It is beginning to wear on me and has shut exercise down 100%. Some days it hurts to stand in my kitchen or walk in the grocery store. It is improving, some, so I am in hopes that it will be corrected soon.

We are leaving for the Gulf Coast in Ms. after the weekend so maybe having some warmer temps will inspire me to attempt short walks, then longer. The beach (6 blocks away) is a favorite for me and the dog.

we've certainly missed you around here. Honestly, nobody tells em where to shove it like you do! I hope you'll pop in a tad more frequently if you have the strength. Even if it's just to let us know you're still fighting the good fight. I know the vast majority don't know you at all, but some of us truly care and worry about you. Take care girly!!!

Holy crap!  If you lose any more weight I won't recognize you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You look amazing!  I've missed you, missy.  I have been in some other universe since gram's death and this flare.  I hate this other world, so I hope to return to reality soon LOL

So what trips are you taking this year?? I love all of your trip pictures!!
