Has anyone gone to True Results

I am wanting to go to True results in Dallas Tx for my band, does anyone have feedback for them?

Yes I have plenty of feedback for TRUE RESULTS! I thought it was a horrible place! I feel True Results is extremely unprofessional! I was lied to and True Results broke their contract with me!

After they got my money (which was suppose to include 1 yr. of aftercare), the Atl. True Results  location went out of business!!! When I went for my 1st fill I tried to make an apt. for my 2nd fill and they said they couldn't do it...........that I had to call back in a few weeks to make it b/c True Results wasn't making any apts. Then I found out from another employee there that it was b/c they were closing, but they didn't want to tell the patients that (so yet another lie I was told by them!)!!!! True Results  claimed that they would continue to do the fills under the new owners, however some of the new staff was absolutely horrible! When I contacted the True Results corporate office about the problems I was having at the new office I was told that they would pay for all my additional fill through reimbursement  till the end of the contract with someone else. TRUE RESULTS DID NOT!

Also, I kept getting a bill for anesthesiology which was to be included in the price I paid to True Results for my surgery and a yr. of follow up! I had to call the True Results corporate office numerous times about this. Every month I would get the bill for the anesthesia and have to re-call True Results. This went on quite awhile (which reminds me...........I should call back and make sure True Results finally paid it!).

After True Results quit paying for my fills like they claimed they were going to do, True Results also quit returning my calls!!!

The absolute worst part of this all was the LIES I was told by True Results "lap band advocate"!!!

This is just the tip of the iceberg!

I would NEVER recommend TRUE RESULTS to even my worst enemy!!!

Wow! I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with that office! I had Lap band thru the Scottsdale , AZ office and most definintly did not have a bad experience from there.
The staff was most helpful and the after care was above the rim! I am treated with excellent care. I live in Tucson and at the time of my surgery there was no office here so I would make the drive into Scottsdale for my fills about every 3 weeks since October of 2011. I have almost reached my 100lb loss and I can truely say that I could not have done it with out the support and encouragement from the NP Maria J that does my fills. I love her dearly, she is a doll. She is so uplifting and positive and although they have opened an office in the Tucson area, I still drive to Scottsdale for my fills and support.
I am sorry again that you had a horrible experience but I ask you how is your weight loss since your Lap band procedure?
I also had to pay out of my pocket as my insurance wouldn't cover a dime of it. They set up an easy payment plan that I could live with and worked with me on my payments. I HIGHLY recommend True Results in Scottsdale AZ

I’m really sorry you had such a bad experience but let me say my experience was totally the opposite.

From the minute I walked through the door till now my experience has been nothing short of positive! In fact,  I had such a great experience- I wanted to be a part of it so now I am working with the company full time.

I actually had shopped around prior to going to True Results but  after my very first visit with True Results- I was sold. They greeted me the minute I walked thru the door and made me feel so comfortable, everyone was so professional and every time I had a question they answered in fact what I really loved about them, unlike the other companies- they handled the entire process from A to Z.

All of the things my insurance required for me to do in order to get approved, True Results handled- they scheduled all of my appointments all I had to do was show up.  Even after I got my Lap Band, my aftercare experience was always great! They truly care about their patients.

My Patient advocate was AMAZING! I still call her my “Shero.” She was always there if I had any questions or concerns. When I first met her- I remember saying I want to be just like you. She was so successful, she had lost over 100lbs and she looked fabulous. 4 years later and now I am in the same role as her helping to change lives. I encourage anyone struggling with weight to give True Results a chance - I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed!

I had issues with the Houston branch too.   mostly -  they were uncaring that I was in pain and not one of them could find my port during adjustments,  I would leave in bruises and a couple times no adjustment.   when I complained about pain, both from being pokes so much to find the port and an unexplained pain,   the Dr told me "you just want me to take the fluid out so you can go get a Cheese Burger!"   very cruel of him to say -  I got tired of the physical abuse to find the port and the mental abuse of the Dr. as well as a general lack of any care for me as a human being!!!   I am currently going to another Dr -  but he is clueless to why I am in so much pain -

Maria I'm so sorry you had such trouble with TR, I would feel the same way if I had that same problem. However I had my band done by True Results in Az and have had the oppsite experience that you had. I don't know what it is like in Tx but the Phoenix one is great.

Glad things are working out for u Karen! This was actually at their GA location but since they closed it all my dealings have been with the TX corporate office of True Results.

I started my lap band search at True Results in Scottsdale, AZ. Unfortunately they didn't take my insurance but referred me to a WLIAZ. Very corteous staff. So glad I didn't experience the same
