NSV Boots..with heels

 So on my bday shopping trip I found myself admiring some ankle boots with ...(gasp) heels!

I haven't worn heels in YEARS, but I figured, why not just try them..if they hurt my feet fine.

So I tried them on and walked in them.  They actually felt pretty good.  The saleman was funny as he said "are those danskos you're wearing?  These (the new boots) should jazz up your wardrobe!"

So I bought them...and they look great with my new boot cut ON sz 16 jeans :)

I never thought I 'd be HERE again 

It feels really, really, really good.

I may be 47 today, but I feel more like 18. 

I can't wait to be a 16 again. Haven't been one since i was 14. Congrats!!!

My 72 yo mother still wears stilletos!  She had spiked heeled ankle boots last fall when she was visiting me.  I asked her if she had some walking shoes and she told me those were her walking shoes, but she brought some dress shoes if we want to go out.   She probably feels like she's 47.

I love heels, I can't walk in flat shoes they hurt my feet....

I bought a new pair of boots back in the summer because they were so cool and I can't wait to wear them. They zip up on both sides and lace up the front. They are sexy....

Funny, I just bought some sassy, stylish shoes today that actually have a heel AND an ankle strap!! Gasp!  I feel so grown up!

I know exactly how you feel - and I've decided that I definitely have a shoe fettish. I LOVE buying shoes now - with heels!!! I also bought the cutest pair of ankle boots at Penney's last week, can't wait to wear them!!
Isn't it crazy how a heel can make you feel young and sexy???????
