Hello! I have been collecting lap band blogs for reading and I started my own.

I update my OH blog site at least once a week.  I have from the beginning......I am so glad that I did.  I have been able to go back and read different things over the past 3 years and recognize some things that worked for me and some that didn't.  

I haven't really read anyone's lately, but as a newbie, I used to read Tami from Alabama's OH blog a lot.

Thanks for all the interesting reading.  I don't know if it is on here or LapBand Talk but it is Wendells words of wisdom.  That is one that I have saved.

I found the thread it is on LapBand Talk  Wendell Edwards 9-24-2007.  I will have to go back and read the whole thread.  It is quit long but so motivational.
