Do I need a fill?

I haven't had a fill since March and have lost around 30 pounds since then (85 lbs total).  However, the last 5 -6 weeks I have lost almost nothing.  I am exercising more and more, my portions are appropriate, I'm eating my protein, drinking my water and never drinking with meals.  Essentially, I know I am good on eating and exercise.  There are days when I feel that I need a fill, then other days, I think my restriction is really good.  Using my lack of weight loss as an indicator, I would think I need a fill however, on the other side, I don't want to get it too tight.

What are your thoughts?

PS:  Not that it is going to get really cold in South Georgia, but does the change of season effect your restriction?  Just curious, this is my first summer / fall / winter transition.

Thanks in advance!!

Perhaps you could try upping your calories for a couple of weeks and/or switch out your exercise to another type for a time. I hear an awful lot of people say that these things break a stall. My nut recommends upping calories by 200 and 250 if needed. If those things don't work perhaps a tiny fill will do the trick. The thing is that if you get too tight just to lose weight it is a bad thing, as I'm sure you know.

Good luck, Sue

I wouldnt get a fill just yet, beeing too full is suicide!  it sounds like some band voodoo lol.  switch up your workouts, increase your water, watch your salt intake and NO sodas!!

too full will make you gain weight!!!!!!!!  I speak from experience, if ur too tight, you cant eat proper nutrition so you resort to sliders or junk food which you will be able to eat.   so as long as you re not hungry you dont need a fill!

Hope that helps
