Yes, it's normal. Consider the amount of swelling in your throat and around your stomach. The pain is normal. Make sure you keep sipping fluids. It's really important to stay hydrated. Try warm fluids which can be more soothing when swollen.

Speaking only from my life lessons and experiences with my band, but I am not in the
medical field. I was very hungry so to me that was very normal. I didnt feel anything clogged in
my throat. You may just want to call your nurse just to be sure that what you are feeling is safe. But the hungry part I was very hungry.
Everyone is different. I felt more of a "lump" in my chest, like I swallowed a grapefruit and it was just stuck there. Not really in the throat, per se, more my chest. And I was also very hungry within 2 days. I have a friend who had the surgery and told me she had no appetite at all for a week.
Hang in there - it does get better! And call your surgeon if you're really worried.

Did you have a breathing tube in your throat? that would make your throat feel scratchy, but clogged? not sure about that, if it does not get better FAST i would sure call your doctor!!!
not being hunry is very normal even if you dont have any fluid in your band, you had a restrictive device put in and its naturally going to be a bit smaller than before in that area. enjoy it while it lasts!!
