Accountability part 1
Lunch: 1 can of tuna fish in water, drained of course, with a dash of relish, olive oil mayo, pepper and onion salt. (4 oz tuna)
Snack: string cheese stick.

Water is very important and I know I have been pushing myself to get in at least 96 ounces a day. I may have to start drinking crystal lite again.
BTW- I'm a tad hungry... I think I need a tiny fill. But for now I'm going to keep drinking my water. I think a tiny hanfull of almonds might be in my future.

But I think If I was going to make deviled eggs I wouldn't substitute. I'd have to go back to the best foods. It's just one of those things.
