B - protein shake 
L- cucumber with feta cheese and reduced fat italian dressing.  some green grapes
D- not sure.. I might finally cook that fish I have in the freezer. :)

I was terrible today. 

Breakfast: CPK sicilian pizza and some avocado eggroll (this was more than enough calories for the whole day!)
No lunch (i was full! Lol)
D: Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (2)
W: none

Tomorrow I will do better!
