What Are We Eating This Wednesday?

I learned something new about myself. I used to order a drink with my meal if they had sugar free lemonaide or something similar, because I always feel bad when I just order water (which I don't drink becaue you aren't supposed to drink with your meals, but they ALWAYS look at you funny if you don't order anything). The last few times I've done this, I've not taken any drinks with my meal, thus wasting it ALL. So today I resolve not to order drinks that I can't drink!

B- 3tbsp sunflower kernels
S- 2 slices of turkey bacon
L- chicken salad made with dukes light mayo, halved red grapes, a little sprinkle of sunflower seeds for crunch, and a splash of trop50 OJ for flavor; apple (maybe... gotta check sparkpeople to see if it fits in my carb allowance for the day)
S- low cal coconut creme yogurt
D- grilled chicken salad
I'm gettiing these last 5 pounds off if it's the last thing I do, damn it!! LOL
Still on vacation at my BF's family home, but losing..
B- 2 eggs, 2 oz sliced avocado
L- Grilled Salmon, grilled zucchini and summer squash
D-Buffalo Wings, salad with romaine, tomato, cucumber, tomato and blue cheese crumbles
Snacks : HB eggs
