Hmmmm okay, well I need some inspiration of my own. I ALMOST got down to goal last summer, but I ended up with a slip and surgery to fix it. I have been without restriction for 8 months now...and finally have a little bit!! So, I have a before picture, an ALMOST at goal pic and a current pic, which makes me cringe, seeing all of the weight that I have gained back.

This was 10 pounds ago. I'm waiting for the rain to stop to get my "101 pounds lost" pic taken. This picture was at 11 months and 91 pounds lost. I'm not sure how to decrease the size to make it all fit..... but here goes.

thanks everyone. it really helps to get me motivated to see all the pic's. everyone is doing such a great job. keep up the good work, we all will be posting at goal pictures before you know it..
