left side pain

I am not sure if this helps out, but I just had my surgery, and they pain is very hurtful. When i went in for my check up I told them about the pain. My port is where your is at, and the cord is on the left. They said it gets twister or bent up which causes pain. The dr told me to raise my arms and push against a wall and breathe in and out to make it move. I hope it helps!!!
