Hi-
I sometimes eat a sugar free/fat free vanilla yogurt, (like dannon light and fit- 6oz container )and add about 1/3 cup of kashi go lean crunch. It's filling for me. Comes in at around 150 cal, and about 81/2 gr protien. Also a little bit of fiber too. You can also use the plain greek yogurt, which is higher in protien, and add your own vanilla, and artificial sweetner if u don't like it plain. ( then its not so quick though! )
Also sometimes I make a turkey and cheese roll up, with 2% milk cheese, and a slice of deli turkey. Think this is around 10-12 grams of protein, and about 90-100 cal. Also I'll use string cheese, 1 piece, and some grapes or a few whole grain crackers. Hope this helps. Have a good day.

Beef or Turkey Jerky
cheese sticks
Protein bars, (I like Pure Protein and Supreme Protein best!)
Raw almonds
Laughing cow cheese wedges, (they have like 5 flavors now and they are great with whole grain crackers, Wasa crackers or raw veggies).
Lite yogurt's, greek yogurt, (FF unflavored is best for you because of the sugar in any flavored yogurt. Add a packet of sweetner and some chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts).
Cottage Cheese

Fail to plan, plan to fail.

Good job Brock!  You're thinking ahead and preparation is key!

Best~

I've not heard that before.  Almonds are on the recommended list for protein from my surgeons office.  You know how it goes....no consistency.

Almonds are a great source of protein and the good fat.  It all depends on what your band will tolerate, but I have no issues with nuts and eat walnuts, almonds and pecan often on oatmeal, salads, yogurt or by themselves.

Greek yogurt, postachios, turkey peperoni, protein bar, and these cheese crisp things. They have like 5G of protein and just 1 carb and are sooooooooo good!
