What Are We Eating This Tuesday?
Hello all,
Having kind of an off day compared to my last week (TOM!!!).
B - 1 egg, 1 sausage, 3 oz yogurt with granola
L - chow mein - tried to eat it but didn't have much luck but eventually got it down.
S - little chewy fruit things - really want some chocolate but figure I better try not to have it.
D - tuna salad on cucumber slices, grapes
S - probably something chocolate :-) LOL!!!
W - Body Step and Body Pump class - it is my favorite instructors last week at my gym - so sad.
