Blogs Anyone?

Does anyone else have a blog?  I would love to start following a bunch of other bandsters.   Mine is really just starting but would love to start a bloggin circle :)  Lets all inspire each other!

I update the blog on my profile every week, sometimes more often.  I love that I have done that.  over 2.5 years out now and having had surgery to repair a slip, I can look back and remind myself I had the same problems the first time I gained restriction.  ha ha!! 

I just blog here on my profile once a week. Being two weeks out, that isn't saying much, but I plan to continue to blog at least once a week if not more. I think it will help me in the long run. Good luck with your blog!
