Gerber Graduates
I have found something that helps me not to overeat. I have 2 neices under the age of 3. I watch them from time to time, and I always have that curiosity as to how their food tastes. My oldest neice was eating a Gerber Graduate meal (Creamy chicken with vegetables-entree). So I took a bite, and it's not bad. I have recently purchased some and use those for lunch. Just a little salt and pepper and it tastes good. Plus its a very small portion. I usually can't finish and entire entree. They are $1.88 at Walmart. Just thought some of you might be interested in it, in case you are having a hard time trying to find things that are quick and easy to cook for lunch at work.
BTW, I take the entree out of the box that it comes in before I go to the cafeteria so no one knows that I am eating "baby" food.
Also, I save the plastic containers that the entree comes in because I use it for measuring my food.

What an awesome idea, especially hanging onto the lil containers! Thanks for sharing. I wonder if those little puff things would be good with the band? I would snack on them all the time with my daughter & they are rather tasty also. I'll have to try them out once I get past the begininning stages.

Tammy O. Its funny you mention the puffs, I ate some for breakfast. I like the Strawberry Apple ones. They have just enough sweetness for me. I also buy the little Chef boyardee lunch bowls. I like the Rice with Chicken and Vegetables. The smallest that it comes in is 7.25 oz, which is more than I can eat. I usually don't find them at the grocery store, I usually have to go to Wal-Mart to find them.
