This is awesome, thank you very much. Saving this recipe, making it this weekend for our bbq, and if it turns out as good as I hope, it will be perfect to take to the family reunion the end of April. I have been looking for something healthy, low carb that I can make a day ahead and take.
Very few of the family know about my surgery, and I am down 66 lbs so far, and I am 10 months out next week.

Yes, I do love my band, I wish I could get an adjustment before June, since I haven't had one since October. Losing one's job and health insurance really SUCKS!!!
I have to get off carbs completely, I really don't eat many, except once a week when I go to Beef O'Brady's and I get my chicken nacho's. I eat the chicken first, eat the lettuce, tomato and cheese mixed like a salad, with some of the queso on top, and that I eat 6 nacho chips with. I do limit myself to those 6.

Thanks so much, I have to save this one for when I make my pulled pork. I do like KFC's coleslaw I am glad I can make a healthier version now.

NY2ATL,

Approx. how much is 74 grams? Would that be about a 1/2 cup portion? Just curious...sounds yummy and tomorrow I start the "chopped foods" part of my plan....

Thanks!

Connie
