When does the shoulder pain stop?

I'm 4 days post op and I've never been known as too patient of a person So I'm already wondering how much longer? I've still got pain at my incision sites and major itching there too, but I can deal with those. But this shoulder pain is giving my flashbacks to when I broke my collarbone as a kid. Anyone remember how long it took them for that to resolve? Tylenol is all I'm taking (for the past 2 days) and it does nothing for this.

I was not normal, because mine was with me off and on for over two months.  I had to use heat and muscle relaxers to ease the pain.  It was not fun.  I was so glad when it finally stopped hurting.

Oy! Thanks for scaring-er...sharing. I'll give the heating pad a try tonight. Hadn't thought of that. I feel so sorry for you and hope this doesn't last nearly as long for me.

It shouldn't.  I think I was just a fluke !!  Not too many people have expressed having the same issue I had for so long.

By the way.....welcome to the losers bench!!!

Doh! Sorry for the reminder.

Also, love your icon. My partner has AS. Though aren't they eliminating that category?

Yeah, Asperger's. I read somewhere they were getting rid of that in the next DSM or somewhere (?) and everything including AS would be known as autism.
