L: Chicken salad w/light dressing and feta cheese
S: LF yogurt
D: Slim fast shake

 Includes 18 lbs pre-op
 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

L: Chicken Salad and 1/2 dill pickle

D: Leftover turkey chili

S: PROTEIN SHAKE!!!!!!!!!
