For me, it's:

B: Pork steak, pear
L: Cuban chicken, sliced cucumbers, pear or apple
D: Sauteed salmon, green beans, banana and pear with FF yogurt & Splenda

I had to have a steroid shot yesterday, so I'm not feeling so hot.

BB:   International SF Coffee w/splash of Pumpkin Creamer
B:     100 calorie oatmeal w/sprinkle of almonds/blueberries
S:     Yogurt, Yoplait Light (Pineapple Upside Down Cake)
L:     Hard boiled Egg, celery, blackberries, 10 Ritz Light Crackers
S:    1 Dove Raspberry Dark Chocolate
D:    Grilled Skirt Steak, Salad, Green Beans (Rice for family)

Lots of water and fluids today!  I could eat a horse ...

Remember this is for maintaining, not loss!!
B - large skinny latte
S - slice toast and cheddar cheese
L - 1/2 jacket potato with tuna and l/f mayo
S - large yoghurt
D - salmon and broccoli in filo pastry with watercress sauce; peas, new potatoes
S - slice Christmas cake (someone has to eat the darn thing!)
During evening - large glass red wine (perhaps two!!)

This will be within my daily allowance of 2000 cals.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

how do you core a bagel?  Just curious.

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

L: Trader Joe's meatless meatballs pureed with tomato sauce
D: Either some meatloaf or a potato product, hopefully meatloaf b/c I'm trying to stay somewhat away from starchy carbs, but I'm going out so it will depend where we go
