Really tight today, for some reason, couldn't even swallow vitamins this morning.

L:    We'll see, but I brought:  Ham, Wedge of Cheese, Spinach, Pears
D:    Grilled Chicken, Salad/Apples
S:    1 pc. Dove Raspberry Dark Chocolate

Having a rough time -- even water hurts after throwing up this morning.

 Weird day today, with moving and all buuuuuut....


B: 1/2 can chicken salad

L: Banana

D: 1/2 Cup of turkey chili (no beans) with pico de gallo, RF cheese and a little bit of RF sour cream on top. YUM!

S: Protein Shake... haven't been getting my protein in... need to step it up!!!!!!
