L: Italian chicken stew, sliced cucumbers, banana
D: Roast chicken, veggie, fruit

B - 60 cal yogurt with granola and raisins; small banana
L - Healthy choice meal - Sesame Chicken; SF pudding
S - Chocolate chip cookie - UGH!!!
D - Hamburger steak, veggies
S - protein shake, if hungry

L: Big Bite of chicken salad (keeping it light, Fill at 2:30pm, need to have lost something??) yikes !
