What are we eating this Wednesday?
DS on 08/05/16
B: NF Mocha
L: 2 eggs,1 slice of bacon crumbled with 1 slice of Milton Plus toast with 1 teaspoon of butter
S: 1 honeycrisp apple (still addicted!)
D: Chicken & rice casserole with green beans

Revision band to DS. I had plastics to take care of my jiggily bits. I'm feeling so good!! My results have been even better than I ever dreamed.

Last night when dining out, I ended up having the whole basket of appetizer crackers and seasoned hummus, a glass of Pinot (sipped over three hours with food, normally I do not eat and sip, but I did very slowly and all seemed to be fine as an exception.)
We also split a hot-fudge sundae for dessert.
Today:
B: coffee, cream, milk
L: beans and cheese
D: homemade white chicken (turkey) chili (YUM)
hot chocolate, glass of chardonnay
