L: Italian chicken stew, pear
D: Pork or beef steak, green beans or asparagus, fruit & berries with FF yogurt & Splenda

Good Morrning!

B - 2 boiled eggs

L- salad with 2 oz lemon pepper tuna, 1/2 avocado and lite Asian toasted Sesame dressing

S - 1/2 apple with peanut butter

D - Spicy chicken breast, Snow peas and potatoes (if I still have room after the chicken and snow peas!)

S - SF Dulce de Leche pudding snack

Since it's raining I thought soup or chili.  Chili won.

Breakfast - protein bar

Lunch - salmon salad

Dinner - chili

I'll probably have a snack of sunflower kernels just to keep my protein up.

Relying on the warm foods and beverages these days. . .

L: Spaghettie sauce
S: Skinny steamer
D: Meeting my first friend for dinner (We were BFs in kindergarten!) so I'll probably have chili or spicy   soup and a glass of wine.
