JULY BANDSTERS PLEASE REPORT SUCCESS

I was banded July 29th.  I started at 411 as of November 2007, before the surgery I was at 345, Now as of today my PCP's scale said 298.  I can not remmeber the lst time I saw a 2 at the begining of my wieight.  Yeah me!!!!  I was so exciteded at the office it made the appointment all worth it.

Where is everyone else?

Hijack... What amazing sucess you've had!!

I had my second fill and check up yesterday - I have lost 35 pounds. I am a work in progress as food continues to tempt me everyday (and I don't always win). But I have had steady loss and haven't been at this weight since I delivered my third child - and he is 12 now! I have gone from a size20W to 16W, my wedding ring fits, and I just simply feel better. As far as I am concerned life with the band is good - I am a groupie for the long run!

I was banded on 7/18/08, and I've lost 22 pounds in 11 weeks......not stellar, but I'm not complaining!   Two pounds a week is pretty good. especially since those 11 weeks included a 2-week hurricane aftermath interruption and a 5-day vacation.  Would have been better if I had stepped up the aerobic exercise a bit, and that's what I'm trying to do now.  Had my second fill today.  All in all, life is good!

I was banded July 18 and I have lost 29 pounds. I feel it is slow but I am not complaining. I feel much better than I did 29 pounds ago.
