Do any of you take them? The pills are HUGE and scare me a little. What other ways can you take them?

Hi, Tara.  I take the Omega-3 supplement made by Coromega, which I get from the Bariatric Advantage company.  It comes in a "pudding" consistency and an orange/chocolate flavor, which is quite good.  The supplement comes in individual foil packets.  Anyway, it's easy to take, and I like the flavor.  You might check it out.

Hi Tara! I take my Omega 3 (fish oil) vitamins in chewable form. GNC sells a bag of them for $20, and they taste like orange Starburst!! They're pretty good!

I take 1 tsp of liquid fish oil a day.  It's lemon-flavored, not a bit fishy, and I mix it with my Crystal Light.  There are a couple of brands available.
