For me, it's:
B: Cuban chicken, cherry tomatoes, pear or peach
L: Chicken with prunes & carrots, dill pickle, sliced cucumber, pear or peach
D: Roast chicken, cauliflower, berries with Splenda & FF yogurt

B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal w/ 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1 tbl apple butter
S: 20-oz iced latte w/ skim milk & SF caramel
L: 3 oz cilantro lime scallops, 1/2 c. sliced cucumber
S: 1/2 c. LF cottage cheese w/ strawberries
D: 2 oz Asian PB2 chicken, 1/4 c. Asian cucumber salad, 2 oz spicy oven-roasted plums
S: 4 oz SF chocolate peanut butter pudding

B-protein shake -1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (Trader Joe's brand), 3 vanilla protein cubes (made with 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder blended in Magic Bullet, poured into ice cube tray and frozen - adds protein and makes the shake frosty!)
L-1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted (only ate about half), 1 slice light bologna, 1 slice fat free cheese
S-1/2 ripe banana mashed and mixed with 1 Tb red fat peanut butter
D-2 oz grilled ribeye steak, very small spring mix salad with red fat Ranch, 2 Tb sweet potato
S-if needed, protein shake
walked/ran 5 miles on treadmill, burned 575 calories!

B: 1 scrambled egg w/ 1 oz. chopped ham and sauteed onion (got mildly stuck at the end......I may decide that I'm one of those people who should avoid scrambled eggs.....)

L: 1 c. Mexican casserole (recipe obtained from this message board.....corn tortillas, hamburger meat, onions, rotel, ranch style beans, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese....excellent)
D: Don't know.....we're taking some friends out to dinner......will probably order fish and vegs.
