CLAM CHOWDER MAKES 'EM LOUDER!!!!!!

I don't know if they were able to make it all the way to the door! I cannot see that far in here right now....feels like being on top of Mt Everest in a cloud. Once that clears, they may or may not still be here. I have gobbled up some gas-x strips and the fireworks seem to have stopped for now.

I have to laugh  everytime my husband sees me on here and I am laughing he said what did Krinannie say or do now.... You a internation celeb in the OH world  lol.   He said we need to go to Vegas cause he said he bets your a hoot to hang out with  lol    I use to be witty like that and kinda lost that spit fire in me when I got sick  but I can feel a spark coming back into the spit fire.     everyone use to call me Joan Jett at work cause they never knew what color hair I would have purple maroon bright red  etc.

Ah, vicki B you are gonna be a brand new you. I lost a lot of who I was as I got bigger and became so sedentary........now that I am banded I want to get the weight off so I can MOVE and PLay and Jump again.........I know that you ahve been ill, but as the weight deminishes, those things ahve to at least be lessened for you. And your sit ups the otehr day were WILD! You will get as much of you back as you can, I just KNOW it!

I know...  I'm wishing a little that my mediation course this spring was in Vegas at UNLV instead of Reno at the UNR.  I have a dear friend in Vegas back from my days of being a political hack, and then there's Krinannie, who would probably like her.  OTOH, in Reno, I get to meet She She (Sheila).  Hard choice!!!!

That story made me laugh! I have to ask, how cold does winter get in Vegas? I always think of Vegas as so tropical and hot and full of great nightlife!  Hope your feeling better, Christine

Nothing like back home but it does get into the 30's at night and I hve had snow twice since I lived here....it does not last, but it is cold in December and January.

Yep.  Clams do give ya gas.  So do oysters.  My DC loves shellfish and -- phew!

NOOOOOOOOOO, I thought it was the milk in the chowder....are you saying my soy clam chowder is gonna make me toot??????  Maybe I better wait till I get back home for that.  Or maybe it will fog out my Mom and calm her down.  Who knows......it may be a bio defense mechanism.
